Tea virtuoso Scout Urling obsesses over every detail of her teas. With her deep knowledge of botanicals and unerring sense of taste, she blends fragrances and essences in exciting and original combinations, creating unique and irresistible seasonal teas.

Scout partners with about a dozen local Washington State farmers, producers, and wild harvesters who supply her with the freshest, highest quality flowers, herbs, and spices. With precisely the right amount of each ingredient in every compostable, pyramidal bag (their shape creates room for maximum flavor extraction of each botanical), each cup tastes exactly as Scout intended.
